General Terms and Conditions:

- All self-contained properties

- Check-in: After 16:00 (self check-in with smart lock)

- Check out: 10:00

- Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am

- Cot or high chair on request only

- No pets (if you wish to bring your pet there will be additional £50 fee per pet on check-in plus £300 deposit for - Apartment and £500 for Villa)

- Security camera/recording device — “CCTV” in communal hall (Apartment), front and back garden (Apartment and Villa)

- Smoke alarm system throughout the property

- Some apartments you must be bale to climb stairs (Sea Coast - upper GF, Sea Nest and Coastal Gem - 1st floor, Great Orme and Nautical - 2nd floor)

- NO SMOKING

- NO PARTIES

- ***we highly recommend you take holiday damage insurance***

 

COVID-19:

- During the COVID-19 pandemic, all hosts and guests must follow social distancing and other COVID-19-related guidelines

Cancelation Policy:

​

- 100% refund if cancelled 30 days or more before check-in date. 

- Full refund or change of dates up to a week before arrival if affected by Pandemic and restriction to travel enforced by Government (subject to availability and seasonal price change)
